Taumarunui....A touch of the Memoirs

It was popularized in the folk lore of poet Pter Cape. It's the last stronghold of King Country thinking.A history thats draws it's ability to be a crossroads for a variety of experiences. The Half way point to Nowhere. The original town...but not quite as one would have it in the 'Boo Aye'
Taumarunui.
Being BORN THERE,its paramount that after learning to write one's own name, and your own maternal mother. The Mother of all experience..Taumarunui itself begs to be learnt.
Much has been written but little has been told.Such folk lore is proof of it's heartEmotional affairs can be created from manythings.Flashes, some insights and occurrences that meld into a dream sonata os broken promises and distant dreams.
And to what effect......So here begins....The Diva's memoirs of her small town beginnings......
